Honeywell acquired Metrologic Instruments, Inc., a pioneer in the fields of bar code symbol scanning and automated object identification.


Thomas J Perkowski, ESQ., PC helped to build a substantial portion of the patent portfolio supporting Metrologic's product line, and underlying Metrologic's transaction with Honeywell.
